Our 10 Guarantees

  1. Whenever a system is recommended, it is guaranteed to perform against the criteria agreed within the contract. If not, it will be fixed at no cost to you, or you will be refunded in full.
  1. When using recommended Key Choice services, the measurable financial gain generated over a 12-month period will be in excess of your membership charges, or you will be refunded the difference in full.
  1. You are supported by 10 specific 'service commitments'. If you are ever dissatisfied simply give us the chance to put matters right. If, thereafter, you are still not satisfied, a £50 donation will be made to a charity of your choice.
  1. All quotations for third party equipment or software are guaranteed to be market competitive when compared 'like for like' or you will be refunded the difference.
  1. All software development commissioned by you will be delivered to meet jointly agreed, documented, specification and project plans or will be re-developed to your satisfaction at no further cost to you.
  1. In the event of a 'system down' situation you will have quotation capabilities working on your site within one working day of notification, or you will be refunded one month's support charges, plus, we will make a further month's refund for every additional eight working hours delay.
  1. When you upgrade your system and fully follow our recommended advice, savings offered to you will be realised, or we will take the system back and return the charges or refund your first year's additional software charges.
  1. You are guaranteed that all service level agreements entered into with you will contain adequate service levels, escalation procedures and appropriate arrangements for any failures to meet targets.
  1. Should we ever fail to repair or replace your hardware under the terms of your hardware maintenance agreement you will receive the next one-month maintenance fee free of charge.
  1. Should anything ever go wrong, we will get you back up and running in the shortest possible time. If you don't think this has been achieved and through your comments, we find a way of improving the service you receive, you will be refunded your support charge for that month.
